Dan is a partner in the Firm. With over 27 years experience in public accounting, Dan brings a wealth of familiarization involving tax planning, tax compliance and IRS representation for small businesses, their owners and families.
Dan has rendered consulting, compliance and planning services for individuals, C Corporations, S Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and tax exempt entities involving management consulting, acquisition/merger/sale transactions (including due diligence work), plus entity formation planning. The industries Dan has worked with include retail stores, physicians, architects, engineering and other professional practices, real estate development and management, computer consulting firms, family trusts and family limited partnerships, food & beverage facilities, freight brokers, interior designers and many others.
Dan is a member of the AICPA, Missouri Society of CPA's, and the AICPA Tax Section.
Dan and his family reside in Webster Groves, Missouri, where Dan's community service contributions include: Treasurer and long time member of the Webster Groves Rotary Club, Festival Sponsorship Director and Allen Street stage manager for the Old Webster Jazz Festival, former treasurer and commissioner with the Old Webster Special Taxing District, Former Chairman of the Finance/Administration Committee at Holy Redeemer Parish and CYC soccer coach for seven years.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, daughter-in-law and grandchildren, Maggie & their newest family member, grandson Charlie. Dan also takes in cultural events and he loves outdoor activities such as golfing, fishing, hiking, etc. Dan enjoys traveling and visiting family and friends around the country. In the summer, you can often find him at Cardinals baseball games or on the golf course with John.
